Food Worker Card
We are required to have at least one person with a Food Workers Card present whenever we prepare or serve food for Thursday Lunch. The one hour class and test is available at many Kitsap locations. Go to http://www.kitsapcountyhealth.com/environmenta_health/food/food_worker.htm for information and class and test locations and schedules. There is a $10 fee cash only) for the class and test.
